You tell us when and where, we bring all necessary equipment and make it happen. We will come to you at home, at work, your own gym, etc. We offer individual and group sessions, customized to fit your needs. Our attention to posture, alignment, balance and breathing ensure your workout is safe and most beneficial.
We offer a private studio and outdoor sessions if you prefer to come to us. Studio sessions are also offered as both individual and groups, if you prefer to work out with a friend!
Virtual sessions are ideal for those who are unable to meet in person regularly. We offer custom work outs utilizing what you have on hand. Not much equipment? No problem, we can be very innovative!
Here at PAPS Fitness we are not registered dietitians (R.D.) , but we do provide nutrition guidance and recommendations to our clients who are eager to begin or continue a fitness program to improve fitness/health and/or body composition. Depending on client's goals, nutrition needs may vary extensively.
